Eating for Optimal Health in the 21st Century

Our food choices have more to do with our continued health than almost every other variable. No matter what anyone may tell you, our ancestors were not vegetarian or vegan. They did not eat processed packaged foods. They ate very little sugar. The ate heirloom varieties and no GMO’s. They actually lived long healthy lives unless they died in childhood and that is what skewed the “average” life span. If you wish to know whether a “diet” is healthy for long term use, you must find a society or tribe that has been eating that way for at least 5 generations and still has exceptional health.
