With the upcoming release of my book in 2018 (probably April or May), I will be setting up an in person program to help people start on the road to better health through detoxification and nutrition. This program is currently expected to be 8 weeks long with a 2 hour meeting once a week. It will be open to all adults, will be taught in English, and will require the participants to get specific lab tests, complete various intake forms. Sign various waivers, and purchase (from the vendor of your choice) various specific supplements to start your body moving toward better detoxification and nutrition. Although it will be in a group format to keep the costs lower, everyone will get individualized direction and may be on different supplements and progress at the speed which is proper and not too fast for your own body. I specialize in NOT causing detox reactions in my clients/patients. Direction is much more important than speed. I do not expect to require everyone to have read my upcoming book, but it would likely be helpful so that what I teach about diet and other things during the 8 weeks will not seem as overwhelming, since…

It never ceases to amaze me, just how much our population and even its experts remain in the dark (accurately defined as ignorant) of a great many frauds that are perpetrated on us decade after decade. It is a testament to how well our government and many huge multi-national corporations are able to manipulate our beliefs and what we think are facts, regardless of where the truth actually lies. There are many books and articles written about the father of media deception being a man named Bernays. Welcome to my blog My students and patients have told me I should start a Blog, and I have put it off for many years due to a lack of time. HOWEVER- There is now simply too much garbage information which is being promoted as fact. This is done in TV and radio news reporting, newspapers, magazines, editorials and now even in the story lines of various television shows, sitcoms and some of the better TV series shows. I cannot remain silent anymore. When I see this crap being pushed on an unsuspecting public I need to respond. And SO— From now on, whenever I happen to see, hear or read something that is so far from the truth that I need to comment on it, I will write something about it in this blog. I am not a blogger by profession so it will never be daily and possibly not even weekly.
