The author of Omnivores Dilemma, In Defense of Food, and a number of other books, Michael Pollan is a professor at UC Berkeley. He has done a phenomenal job in Omnivores Dilemma of teaching the reader about many unknown facts concerning healthy eating. This recording was his keynote presentation at the 2008 Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim California. As I was listening to him speak, I hoped that it was being recorded and was very glad that it was. Although the quality is not great, it is easy to understand and the information is important. Maybe it will prompt you to buy the book or CD books on tape set for Omnivores Dilemma.
