The very first time I gave a presentation with the newer technology called Power Point, was this presentation in 2004 in Washington D.C.
I was asked if I would give a talk on the health effects of microwaved food and food irradiation for the 5th annual Weston Price conference.
I remember saying that I would be happy to do this, but that I was not sure if I could find scientific research to back up my beliefs. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were in fact a number of published scientific studies and articles testifying to these issues and proving that we should not be using microwave ovens if we care about our health.
All my previous lectures had been done with an overhead projector and/or a slide projector, but for conferences, Power Point had recently become the technology of choice.
This was before High definition video cameras and the lighting on me is not great, but the audio and content are perfect and I am glad that they recorded the conference on DVD’s so that I can bring you my first ever Power Point presentation and it is on a still very relevant topic.
